Neil Young - "Live at Massey Hall" - although the video is poor, but still worth seeing.

The Traveling Wilburys - "Collection"

Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers - "Running Down a Dream" This is actually a documentary plus a concert video, plus a CD of the concert.

There are plenty that I know have a CD and a DVD - just don't knwo if they're packaged together as a special promo. The above are.

Metallica - S&M (man, this one rocks and is extremely well done)

Bonnie Raitt - Road Tested (what a band she has)

Cream - Live at Royal Albert Hall (c'mon...it's Cream!)

Talking Heads - Stop Making Sense (a classic concert movie!)

U2 - Elevation 2001 (U2 always does it right)
