Matt: Sinatra's voice sounded at its best in the 1950's on Capitol records with Nelson Riddle conducting. With that said ... for pensive Sinatra at its best, go with "In the Wee Small Hours of the Morning." For swinging Sinatra at its best, go with "Songs for Swingin' Lovers."
