24/96 Transports
The Proceed PMDT, Marantz DV-3100 and Pioneer DV-37 all do. You have to go in the menus and turn them on except for the Proceed where you have to turn it off if your Processor can't use the signal. BTW the PMDT is a transport not a player. 
Audio Video Processor
I went with the Proceed AVP. All three are quality Processors, I liked the sound of the Classe and Proceed for both music and HT. The MC1 was great for HT but wasn't as musical as either of the other two. 
Help deciding on DD/DTS Pre-amp
I auditioned many of the ones posted above and went with a new B&K Ref 30. Sounds awesome playing music and movies in 6.1 are a treat. I have it powered with amps by Parasound. I moved up from a Marantz, there's no comparison.
