JohnnyR: according to David the new Aria Mono Amp will just run about anything as he stated his specs are on the very conservative side. Looking at pairing them up with some Dynaudio C2 Platinums and some Magnepan 1.7i... I will have the pre/amp t...

birbygdad: Thank for the info, picking up my Aria Preamp while I am at Axpona next week. Still seeking a good Amp to use with it, I am tempted to go with the Aria Monolocs just not sure if they will have the power reserves to run the Dynaudio C2’s...
Has anyone tried an amp from Class D Audio?
http://www.highfidelityreview.com/class-d-audio-sds-440c-amplifier.htmlI found this review of the Class D Amplifiers, as I am looking into using one of these to drive a pair of Magnepan 1.7i and a pair of Dynaudio Confidence C2s. I been very skept...

birdygdad: I just ordered a Aria Pre/Amp in Silver and I will most likely get the mono blocks down the road. However I might try one of these out since the cost is great and I know of a few people that have them and like them a lot! http://www.cla...
TEAC AI-3000 Integrated Amp Review
smoothfidelity: I have never had them side by side, I do see the 3000 online for decent prices, and I use the AI-2000 as a backup and with a decent dac it sounds great, but running a CD player into it directly a tad bright for my ears, hence my ba...
Integrated for Vandersteen 2ce sigII
Audioconnection: Just curious if the Aria Int. Amp would drive a pair of Maggie 1.7i and Dynaudio Confidence C2 Platinums without any issues. Now granted I am not a head banger anymore, well never was! Mostly listen to Jazz/Blues, Pop etc.. at rea...
TEAC AI-3000 Integrated Amp Review
smoothfidelity: I would agree as I have owned both and currently have my AI-2000 in a separate office system. The AI-3000 had more head room power all depends on what size room etc.. But the AI-2000 and AI-3000 sonically sounded very close.  The l...

birbygdad: I am looking at going to his separate Aria line or possibly the Aria Int. Amp which I have read great things about. Currently using Hegel which I really like as it does a great job on the digital end as well.
Musical Fidelity M6-500i vs Kw - 500
arsh: Good point, I just recently heard the Nu Vista and I was thinking of upgrading but not home enough to justify the cost. Another Int. Amp I like is the new Hegel H360 on par with it and sonically a improvement but not in sure raw power that i...
Musical Fidelity M6-500i vs Kw - 500
I just saw one posted on Audiomart, anything under 3K for this unit is a steal, especially if in good shape. I have one and I have put a ton of other products up against it, and it win's out every time. Shear raw clean detailed power is amazing, a...
interconnect choice
Pick your poison, if a proper DBT test is done most people 99% of the people wouldn’t know the difference. I just pick out a decent well made brand that is well shielded and enjoy the music/movie. What I find ironic is that people claim that it ma...
TEAC AI-3000 Integrated Amp Review
Maxboy00: Ah never saw this reply, but it runs my Dynaudio C2s without a problem, the dual power supply for each channel sure helps. I think it even sounds a tad better than my Musical Fidelity A3.5.
TEAC AI-3000 Integrated Amp Review
I just picked up the smaller brother piece to this a few days ago (Teac AI-2000) at a local hifi shop and I am shocked on how good it sounds! Best purchase in the last 10 years as the sonic performance comes pretty darn close to my Musical Fidelit...
Parsound ZDAC kind of blowing my mind...
They have a new guy taking care of distribution in the US, I am sure they had some issues in the past, but I have never had any problems with there equipment, still using a KW-500 that is built like a tank. The M1 Clic is pretty much just like the...
Rogue's new Sphinx integrated. Anyone audition it?
Using there Metis Pre/Amp and I am going to have it possible upgraded to the Magnum issue, but hard to do since I like the sound so much. I use to have some really high end Musical Fidelity gear but with 3 young kids not much time to listen so I a...
