Best CD I've heard so far 2011.........
Just goes to show how one person's great is another person's that's terrible. I thought Jeff Blakes self titled album is one of the worst recording I've ever heard. Made a coaster out of it.
"The Heat Pipes are coming"... The Heat Pipes are
Google: "heat pipe"As person who has used a "form" of heat pipes to transfer heat within the confines of a plastic injection mold... they are one way to transfer heat from area to another and are very specific in nature and not a cure-all.Tread ca...
Will a quality USB cable make a difference....
To my ears a usb cable is a usb cable. 1's and zero's.
Dedicated Line ....... my system SUCKS
One thing to look at is the actual line voltage into the house. You might only have 208v service. It is unusual to see such voltage but it is out there.15amp service at 120v is capable of handling a 960 watt device. At 104v the 960 watts drops to 7...

The Wall: Roger Waters 2010
The Cleveland, OH show was well worth the price of admission. The wife, not a big fan, said she'd go see it again. Mighty high praise IMO.
Your First Concert was.....
The first I remember was Elton John at Kent State University's Memorial Hall. May of 1972."Mad Men Across the Water" was the only album out and he played that plus a great deal of "Yellow Brick Road." The only better concert I've ever seen was Pin...
Best Integrated, period.
Best... I'll not enter that discussion. My Blue Circle integrated is not going anywhere. There's a reason you see so few Blue Circle units for sale on the Gon.
Speakers to hang on to for LIFE
After playing on the music-go-round for a number of years I've settled on the Shihinian Arc's. I don't have a large space to fill with music and am not interested in pin point accuracy. The soundstage is marvelous and I've yet to tire of my set-up...
LFD vs Blue Circle
I've had a Blue Circle NSCS for a number of years. And have no plans to update. All I can say is there is a reason as to whyo few used Blue Circle units are seen on the Gon.
