JBL 4367: What an AMAZING sounding speaker!
D2girls,Awesome review and great to hear you're enjoying the music your system is providing. That's what it's all about afterall. I picture you in front of your speakers like the old ad with the guy hunkered down in front of his speakers with his ...

@mofojo The difference between the DI's and SE's? Where to begin? Both are great speakers and if I had two systems I'd have kept the DI's. When first recieving the SE's I was somewhat disappointed as I thought they were less lively and too laid ba...
Alabama Shakes
Good call David. Great show and opening credit tune. I didn't realize that was Alabama Shakes. Sons of Anarchy had some great tunes also. Maybe that would be a good thread......favorite songs from tv and movies.
Love to hear from current owners or past users of Isoacoustics Gaia footers.
I went from Mapleshade Brass Heavyfeet to the Gaia I's and heard a definite improvement. I added Sound o city outriggers threaded for the Gaia I's and that didn't improve the sound much but made the speakers more stable. The Gaia's are quite expen...
Who has Luv for the Lyngdorf 2170 and is thinking about the 3400.
I agree Charles......I owe it to myself to at least try the LTA and Lyngdorf. You'll be getting a call to come over to hear them when I have them as I very much appreciate and value your input. It will be difficult for anything to displace my 300B...
Who has Luv for the Lyngdorf 2170 and is thinking about the 3400.
This is such an interesting and meaningful discussion to me as like many here I love my Tektons with my 300B SET.........but I'm also curious as to whether I could obtain more dynamic slam than my SET provides while maintaining a good portion of t...
Kandace Springs - Indigo, the long awaited sequel to Soul Eyes
Glad you like hifiman5, I figured you would. It's one of my faves. Since you like that album so much you might want to check out Lydia Loveless 'Real'. Like Imelda her other albums have a much harder rock edge to them and while Real has some rock ...
Kandace Springs - Indigo, the long awaited sequel to Soul Eyes
Nice hifiman5! I think you'll really enjoy Imelda. Her other albums are more rock, this one is a departure from her other stuff. Btw, I too have every Gardot album......great stuff. I like both of Kandaces albums but think I like Indigo a bit bett...
Kandace Springs - Indigo, the long awaited sequel to Soul Eyes
Thanks for reminding of Kandace, HiFiman. I've owned and enjoyed Soul Eyes for a while but had forgotten about her until your post. Indigo arrived today and it's a definite step up from Soul Eyes. Thanks again for the heads up. Might want to check...
Has anyone tried these stunning new CPT power cord?

Aric Audio Systems Unlimited Preamp
As an extremely happy owner of Aric's KT120, 300B SET and 6SN7 Linestage I just have to chime in here. Aric is such a pleasure to deal with and his products and service are superb. I've had the pleasure of having many great components in my system...
Tekton Double Impacts
I'm looking forward to hearing all the new impressions of the Encores. Intriguing to say the least. Regarding the Herbies Giant Gliders and the Isoacoustic Gaia I's. I was using the Herbies Giant Gliders with my DI's and then the SE's and was very...
Tekton Double Impacts
Thanks corelli and Charles.......yes, I'm very happy with my system and yes, I suffer from the affliction of being tempted with something different. Having so many great options is a good thing but having a system you're very happy and content wit...
