Here is the Dagogo reviewhttp://dagogo.com/merrill-audio-veritas-monoblock-amplifier-reviewExcerp: One thing is certain, the Merrill Audio Veritas was designed and built with a much greater purpose in mind. Its ability of delivering things like su...
BI-AMPING
You can build a custom resistor network to eq both. Use Metal Film 0.1% tolerance voltage dividers. Put the divider on the bass only which is where you need it anyway.Other option is to use a passive Pre such as Axiom. This is a cheap easy way out...
GT Audio Works Hybrid Planar Speakers Listening Se
These are $4,500 a pair. They are still very nice for the price. There is supposed to be a $2,995/pair but I don't know when they will be out. They play louder then 90db due to the planar design, at least that is what I heard. I have electrostatic...

Tact amplifier repair
There is a TACT group on Yahoo that perhaps can help you fix it. Anthony is well known for doing this however Boz and Anthony have serious service issues if you read the Yahoo threads so I would not recommend sending it to them.
Magnepan 20 vs Sanders 10c
Hi,Let me put the disclosure first that I am a manufacturer and also owner of the Sanders.I heard the 20.1 and I own the Sanders 10c. So you know what my response is.The Sanders has a much cleaner sound, to me, much more detailed ("much more" bein...
Merrill Audio VERITAS Amps: Any other experiances?
Just to clarity some of the confusion.Audiozen - In your post your data is consistent with the UcD not the Ncore. Bruno developed the UcD while at Phillips and is licenced to Hypex. The Ncore patent is fully owned by Hypex, develop by Bruno at Hyp...

Audio Research, next upgrade?
I am very biased first of all so take all of this with a grain of salt. I am also the maker of the VERITAS Monoblocks.1. Keep the pre.2. For you 87db 801, switch out to VERITAS monoblocks - based on other users with 802, MBL's etc. I have compared...
Philadelphia Audio Society
Hi,Would you be interested in a demo of the VERITAS Monoblocks that I build. It has so far received rave reviews - see Audiocircle, audiogon has a bit, audio nervosa and I can send you some other quotes. www.merrillaudio.net is the site. Thank you...
Hypex Ncore NC400
IMHO, No need to. There is plenty of power, speed and capacity. Also in bridged mode, the current is limited to what is there on unbridged mode. Unless you really the voltage, bridging does not provide more.
PC Audio and the Behringer DEQ 2496
Re USB, in my opinion, as long as it is shielded, it should be fine. There is a guy on Audiogon selling "Silver" USB for $50. It is shielded. Also you can add ferrite cores at the end to remove high frequency noise. If you are DIY guy, the USB cab...
PC Audio and the Behringer DEQ 2496
From your original post, "Therefore, can anyone please advise or update the possiblities for using the DEQ 2496 and PC audio successfully?". I currently have set up a NAS 1 TB Drive, using a PC, Media Monkey with ASIO Drivers to access the music, ...
back to ask again long sorry
hi,I was looking for something else and stumbled across your post. I am an electronic Engineer. Your modulation is a slow build up of waves going back and forth, building up much like a bridge collapsing or tsunami building up, wave over wave. You...
VH Audio Symmetry vs Silver Audio Appassionata XLR
I would go with the Silver Audio as it is pure silver, versus copper braid in the VH Audio Symmetry. Copper changes with time for the worse - copper oxide rectifies the signal versus Silver oxide improves the characteristics of the cable, making i...
