Hey RICH Audiophiles

The problem are the folks who damage, steal, and otherwise cause havoc. Usually loaning anything out is fraught with problems. One exception is "The Cable Company", which seems to have figured out how to loan out cables without suffering for it.                             
If some billionaire crazy wanted to do it. Best bet.. BUY "The Cable Company" plus some other audio store already doing well, (to acquire loan items wholesale, and just expand the range of items available for loan, gradually. The Cable Company already has the working mechanism in place... For billionaire, why work to start from scratch when you can just buy it ready going.                                
I also think one would need to work up to borrowing big money bits of kit. I had already spent a medium fortune before my dealer out of the blue offered to let me try something at home no strings except bring it back in five days.
 

From the posts, it is clear plenty of fantasies about what rich people do or don't do. LOL All stereotypes and based on the Hollywood fantasy of what 'rich' means. I would not hazard any guess of what actual rich people do... who are not camera clowns. (I like that newly minted phrase)                               
I WOULD guess their lives and interests are about the same as anyone else.          
As for renting expensive stereo stuff... Unless you actually could afford to own it. Why bother? Total wast of money to rent it then.

Judge Judy is a very rich woman who got rich on her idea. Plenty of imitators, but the original is still good.That is my judgement of the Judge Judy situation.

It i also really hard to go to a concert to hear dead people. I see Caruso is going to perform at the Met? Callas? John Lennon? Oh how about Janis Joplin?
