How Many Turntables Have You Owned

Fifteen if you count the three different times I had the Linn LP12 and twice I had a Garrard 301 25 years apart.

Lewm, you caused me to remember my Transcriptor with the Vestigial. I never knew anyone else with one. I also forgot my Sao Win turntable.

I was in LA at the time and bought it used for the same reason.

I have absolutely no recollection of what cartridge I had with it. I am pretty sure it was not a Decca.

Andromedaaudio, I have never seen or heard one, but the Orient sure raves about them. I have been looking for a Seiko/Epson tt for years. I have heard one of these.

Manitunc, have you listened to all of them? Do you have a favorite? I have in the past owned most of these plus some others, such as the Loricraft/Garrard 401, but only have a Bergman Sindre now.

If my recall is accurate, I've had 17 over 48 years in audio. I now am back to idler-wheel drives with the Lenco Reference Mk II. My first turntables were all idler-wheel drives before I went to direct drives, belt drives, straight line trackers, etc.
