Regarding DK Design Vs.1 Reference Mk2 amp ???

Does anybody know the answer to this question ? If the DK Design Vs.1 Reference Mk2 is such a good amp why so many people are selling it ????

I still say the answer to the question is that DK Mk II amps are being sold off because the Mk III has been released. Either dealers are dumping their Mk II inventory, or Mk II owners are dumping their amps to move on to the Mk III. In any case, this thread doesn't appear to me to have anything to do with shilling for DK.
Can any audio veteran point to any components that are worth more today than their original retail prices, except for tubes and perhaps the Marantz 10B tuner?

I'm serious here...not a backhanded dig at the investment issue.
My Ludwig Blue Vistalite Big Beat drums, purchased in 1977 for $700, I believe, are worth about double today...cowbell included.
