Roksan: Any experience with this company

Wondering if anyone has had any experience with British Company Roksan (general thoughts or direct experience with their products)? They have some innovative products. Yet they seem to have different US Distributors from time to time. Is something fishy here or just poor marketing in the US?

This is half on the subject and regards Roksan's distibutor May Audio Marketing. Three months ago I was attempting to locate a pair of the discontinued Castle Isis speakers in cherry wood, only mahogany was available at the shops. I phoned May Audio, Castle's new rep. and spoke with Nisar who was very polite and said that he would get back to me. I hung up the phone and was thinking great, I'll never own the speakers unless they come up on the used market. An hour later the phone rang and it was Nisar. He had located a pair of the speakers in cherry wood at a Canadian showroom, they unfortunately had a blemish on one of the cabinets and would therefore be available at an additional discount if I was interested. Nisar took my payment information and had the speakers delivered to his Niagra Falls location, checked them out and then re-shipped them to me. They were ordered on Friday and arrived the following Wednesday. The discount was substantial (they couln't have made more than a few dollars profit - if any) and the blemish was a dent on the "bottem" of one of the speakers. I have rarely recieved this type of service from a showroom (especialy on an inexpensive product) let alone a distributor. My hat is off to May Audio.
