I actually opened them up and turned the bi-wire post to a single wire post (not to fear, I am a newbie at this and its easy since they are not soldered, so all you need is an allen wrench and a small pair of pliers.) I am using Goertz MI2 cables (with the zobel network, again sounds much more complicated than it is, just put ends in each terminal --they are included with them.) and they sound awesome.
I also remember using a bi-wire pair of Zu Wax to great effect but they are hideously over-priced and I am completely satisfied with the Goertz for a fraction of the price. Very, very satisfied. They do not come out bright whatsoever.
