Tekton Double Impacts

Anybody out there heard these??

I have dedicated audio room 14.5x20.5x9 ft.  Currently have Marantz Reference CD/Intergrated paired to Magnepan 1.7's with REL T-7 subs.  For the vast majority of music I love this system.  The only nit pick is that it is lacking/limited in covering say below 35 hz or so.  For the first time actually buzzed the panel with an organ sacd. Bummer.  Thought of upgrading subs to rythmicks but then I will need to high pass the 1.7's.  Really don't want to deal with that approach.

Enter the Double Impacts.  Many interesting things here.  Would certainly have a different set of strengths here.  Dynamics, claimed bottom octave coverage in one package, suspect a good match to current electronics.

I've read all the threads here so we do not need to rehash that.  Just wondering if others out there have FIRST HAND experience with these or other Tekton speakers

Thanks.

I still have not heard back from Eric. I don't call because the last time I called, Karma told me that Eric is so busy building speakers that I should email instead. So that is what I am doing....

I am not particularly happy with Tekton right now.....
porscheracer, i've had to reach out to them via email several times. They do a decent job at getting back to you. It can be a bit of a pain after Eric seemingly being available when you call right away but I'm guessing he has gotten MUCH busier of late. It's worth the wait if you can. Good luck!
If you want to succeed selling $3000 to $15000 products in a market like this, customer service had better be quite good. Tekton are dropping the ball....
@james_w514, I didn't get to try the ahb2 on the Tektons.  I actually purchased their monitors and thought they were competent, but not magical or anything special.  Very well made though.  Yeah the amplifier seemed a tad unemotional to me, but very good for solid-state. Definitely a move in the right direction.  I'm very biased though towards SET Tube Amplifiers.
