Tyler Acoustic vs. Paradigm

I am considering a set of Tyler Acoustic Taylo Ref. or Paradigm Studio 40. Close to same $$ and size. Any opinions on these?

Monitors with the matching stands, used in cedar, for $1340.00, with shipping. I talked with Ty twice yesterday, GREAT guy, very friendly, knowledgeable - a real pleasure to talk with. I love his trade up plan - this is one of the benefits that really hooked me. Can't wait to get them.
