2 cymbals (2 different subtle but organic distinct high & low side-by-side sounds, 4:20~5:50) at left center with moderate volume. And I hear brushing of drum (left center 10’ high) with hard beat of drum (6:00-end) at right center..

Brushing of drum => Snare drum.

Thank you for the response!
2 different cymbal sounds are clearly noticeable in my 2 different systems. Snare drum is clearly noticeable in my reference system and vague in a budget tube preamp system. Both systems use OPPO BDP-95.

The volume level should be moderate to hear these details. There are only 4~5 musical instruments. Cymbals are almost always present through out the 8 minutes song. Snare drum is heard about 1:30 min. You are missing a big part of the song and the sound spectrum.

I realize that the recreation of sound in one's listening room can be remarkable at times, however, there is no way in my small room that I could ever make that claim of hearing any sound at 10' high. I do have to ask if any sound that is recreated at 10' high is natural? Not in my experience. This is really what worries me.
