IMO, if an amp sounds good, it sounds good. More expensive parts don't necessarily equate to better sound.
So, for me, the issue of one manufacturer using "better" parts (define better...) doesn't make much difference if the amp using less expensive parts sounds equally good, if not better.
Not making a judgment call here on the sound of Rogue vs. ARC. Just making an observation that better/more expensive parts don't necessarily equate to better sound. I can think of a few products that I have owned that have sounded exceptional without being built with the best parts available.
