Let's talk Audible Illusions and Art Ferris. I called with a bad channel and he said to send my Modulus in. I did so. Three months later he could not find my preamp.

He finally figured out that it was at the home of one of his associates, also named Art, who did repair work for him.

Almost four months, and half a dozen phone calls later, it was back and, surprisingly, worked. I don't remember the exact cost, and my memory may well be colored by my ire, but the cost was quite venturesome.
