Acoustic Zen Adagio, How Good Are They?

As great as they sound, I discovered that the Jrs don't defy gravity. Yeah, I accidentally knocked one off the stand while moving another piece of gear. The cabinet took the fall on to the carpeted floor great - not a scratch, but the driver baffles were crunched as they met the leg of a nearby table. Since I live only a couple of hours away in LA, I called the factory and Robert said he'd take care of it. As soon as I walked in the door the next day, he had his crew working on it immediately. Robert couldn't have been a better host while I waited. So, besides the Adagio being a terrific speaker, I learned that there's top notch customer service behind it. The speaker is as good as new. Great speaker/great company. (My pair has the cross-over mod by Response Audio in N.Y. and their driven by a 35w p/p amp.)

I second your thoughts on AZ's customer service. I can't say enough good things about Robert and his son. They are top notch and really take care of their customers. It is very refreshing to see a company (regardless of the industry) looking to build relationships and not just looking for the quick sale. They bonus is they have great products.
