I have an earthquake super nova 12" and want to add a second sub to my theater room. What sub would be my best bang for the buck? Earthquake Supernova, True SunFire, Velodyne dd-10 or recommend another sub to look at.
FWIW, my brother has the Outlaw sub, designed by Hsu. It is in a large room which opens into other spaces in the house. It easily fills his room with clean, tuneful bass that does not burp or boom. Not expensive at all. www.outlawaudio.com
JL F113 and SVS Sounds PB13 Ultra are the best value in output and reasonably low distortion. You can do better than these but nothing else beats them in terms of "bang for buck"...IMHO.
