coincident speakers do you have troubadors

Finally buying a pair of coincident troubadors but am looking for anyone who has them and also troubass. If you have or have had I have a few questions as I can't seem to find anyone selling troubass so looking for suggestions on something that will complete the sound of the troubadors as well or better than troubass speakers. Thanks for your help

What a great suggestion. Hummmmm I know I will take it to Coincident and while I am there I can demo some subs to go with my Troubadours.

Good luck with the bi-amping and can't wait to hear the new system.
Hi jimaxp,
I for one, appreciated your well written and thoughtful response. It made perfect sense. I couldn't have said it any better.Making a discontinued item and comparing it to a repair, well??? For obvious reasons all sanity has been lost in this thread.Kind of scarey actually.

Montjay you Butt Kisser...lmao...just kiddin'

Ok Ok I am outta this thread before I start having too much fun.
I've owned Coincident UHS Triumph, Conquest, Triumph Extreme, Conquest (again few months ago) and now Super Eclipse III, CST power cords, extreme i.c. and speaker cables, CST1 i.c., etc.

Comparing these speakers i've owned before to other speakers i've owned and heard, they are truly excellent high end speakers and have priced reasonably well within my reach. May not suit everyone's taste or like of sound, but it makes music to my ears. i like it's easy load and sounded extremely well with tubes which i've owned before and now, there's not alot of affordable tube friendly speakers that's efficient to operate and will match to almost all types of amps....but producing varying results or sound, depending on your ancillories....

Generally, i find coincident speakers having a smooth transparent sound, revealing (inner and outer details), throwing a wide soundstage, neutral (not bright or dark), coherent and good dynamics. It will sound more immediate, more dynamic and impact, deeper bass using extreme internal wirings and recently, with the addition of extender feets and brass spikes, sound becomes tighter and coherent, more silent background and better focus, minor details were heard clearer, more "air". It almost sounded like nothing or having added nothing to the sound, perhaps that's its signature sound. Could we call it 'pure' sound?

I've written and met Israel, he definitely knows his stuff (knowledgeable), his competition, passionate and energetic in what he does. Maybe he's not perfect (considering he has to deal with numerous calls, emails, service requests, manufacturing issues and cost and quality, staying on top of competition and still keeping his flame of interest burning, etc -- involving almost every minute details of his business personally and not assigning someone else like most business does) but i'm happy with his service and products.

I personally find his Triumph Extreme and Partial Eclipse MKII speakers are excellent products for audiophiles who wants good music without burning a hole in pocket. :D
