FWIW, the Classic Audio Loudspeakers don't need to be in a big room to work quite well! My room at home is 15 by 21 feet- a moderate size. The T-3s are the same volume, drivers and crossovers, so they are taller and narrower. I have them about 6" from the rear wall, yet they image well and are the least boomy of any speaker I've had in that room.
The cost of them is a different matter...
