RMAF Loudspeakers?

I had John at KCS loudspeakers design a custom speaker for me. Please check out his website. He can do custom design work within most budgets. You will not be able to hear the product before purchasing and there is not trail period so that is the risk. BTW my large monitor speakers are available to listen to if you are interested. I live on the West Coast.

Not hearing a loudspeaker before purchasing, nor having a trial period makes it an absolute non-starter for me.

Tvad, as I mentioned in my previous posting on this thread I was looking for a similar type efficient speaker. I ended up buying the Serious Stereo speakers using the Altec 604H drivers (102db). The room they had this year had some issues with sound and their turntable source was not up to par but I was able to hear through that and realized the great sound that they were capable of. The downside is that they are rather large and do not have a high WAF if that is an issue.

Dmailer, I cannot find any information on the Serious Stereo website about their speakers' frequency response, impedance, or sensitivity. Do you know where this info can be obtained?

This statement from a Serious Stereo webpage is counter intuitive:
"...one always chooses the amplifiers first-- get only the best. Then, choose your speakers to accurately give you what those amplifiers can do. That is the easiest, best way to reach audio perfection."

The website does not have much technical information. Serious Stereo makes one of the best 2A3 monoblock amplifiers you can buy. The speaker was designed to bring out the best of low powered amps. His 2A3's put out 1 watt but it is probably the most powerful sounding watt you will ever hear. I was told the sensitivity is approximately 102db at a flat 8 ohms. Dennis, the designer, told me that the speaker if set up properly can go down to about 20hz. I am getting very low impactful bass with lots of inner detail.
