I actually used Pay-Pal and I have been thinking of taking it up with them......I’ve always had good luck with Pay-Pal on bad deals.....E-bay doesn’t let you use Pay-Pal resolution if it is a e-bay purchase.....At least I couldn’t go in to Pay-Pal for this....
SAVE All Emails.... That includes any emails between you and eBay. Also save all emails between you and PayPal.
PayPal Login

Left hand side of page click on dispute resolution.
You will be asked if it was an eBay purchase or other.
Click on eBay purchase and follow the procedures.
Once you start a dispute resolution follow PayPal instructions to the letter. Unless things have changed you will eat the shipping costs both ways. All you will get back is your money for the purchase of the item.
If by chance you use a credit card for backup or direct payment to PayPal for purchases using PayPal, contact your credit card company letting them know you filed a resolution dispute with PayPal. Doing so will leave your file open with your credit card company in the event you have to do a credit card charge back.
Good luck.
