Schubert--Shadorne likely gets a hefty daily aural dividend. What Rolex did you review that led you to that conclusion? Was it just looking at statistical time-keeping accuracy of a typical automatic movement v. typical battery-powered quartz? Or was it based on a comparison with something like, say, an Omega moonwatch? Or just hate the perceived injustice of it all.
There’s probably some kind of analogy someone could make, here, if no one has already...perhaps likening tubes/vinyl to automatic/mechanical and digital to quartz.
