what country has the worst graders of "collector" rock records

Thanks (not!) for that bummer of a post! Maybe more positive thinking will move things in the right direction.  Why paint with such a broad and negative brush? 

Most eBay dealers, regardless of geography, with decent feedback do a fairly solid job of record grading, in my experience.

Why pick on individual countries?

The worst would most definitely be Grand Fenwick.
