Short of running new, dedicated 15 or 20 amp lines for audio, what can I do here?

My system is plugged into outlets that share lines with lights in the room. When I turn the lights on  or off via their switches, which are dimmable, I hear noise through my speakers, and especially through my sub-woofer. Any correction other than dedicated lines for the audio?

Yep. That's pretty much the solution. Or try a UPS, preferably with super-caps or ultra-caps instead of batteries. The AC-DC-AC conversion filters out things pretty good from what I've heard.
A PS Audio power regenerator would allow you to plug your system into it and provide clean, regenerated power to eliminate noise from your dimmers or other sources.
