Soundstage and explosive dynamics?

I’m looking high and low for speakers with the following attributes:

1. Wide and deep soundstage. Speakers can disappear from the soundstage.
2. Decent imaging.
3. Explosive dynamics with force and surprise.
4. Costs less than $10k.

How about the GoldenEar Triton ones for $5k (or $8k if you want to spring for the new Triton reference).

I have them in my living room, with the built in subs they have dynamic range, and they certainly seem to disappear from the soundstage to me.

+1 for ATC's specially their actives, but all ATC's "can" sound a bit cold for some.
Or for something a bit warmer yet still very dynamic with great depyh and sound stage most Wilson Watt/Puppy's, series 7 are my favourites.

Wrong. I just don't fund the claims people make about them to appear in reality. It's like shadorne said; you pretty much have to drive the hell out of them to get the dynamics. No thanks. One of the things I love about my Focals full of 6.5" drivers is they're just about as dynamic at background volume as they are going full bore. To image well a speaker needs to express balanced dynamics at all kinds of volumes, not just screaming loud.
The OP seemed to demand a very high level of imaging quality, and again as shadorne pointed out, narrow baffle speakers do that very well. I believe it's entirely possible to have excellent dynamics and quality bass in that kind of form factor.
There is a used pair of PMC IB2 is speakers on audiogon currently asking $9,250.

Problem solved...Full stop!
