What is your favorite budget audio component?

Just wondering for the sake of curiosity and general sharing and education among audiophiles, “What is your favorite budget audio component?” And as a bonus, “Why do you consider it budget and why is it good?”
Since budget might be relative, I would say audio gear like MBL, Wilson MAXX speakers or anything ultra high end should not be considered.

I kick myself for selling my europas. But i did buy a pair of snell type d for $50.00. Didnt care for them and sold them for significantly more.

Signal Cables - XLR IC’s and Speaker cables,
3D (2) by Les Davis Audio,
Telos RCA / XLR caps,
Audio Exklusive Silent RCA Plugs
Nordost Qk1’s and Qv2’s
HiFi Tuning / SR Fuses

And yes, I do consider tweaks and cables as components 😉
The DAC I bought used for $250 maybe 15 years ago.
Still use it. LOVE IT.
The $40 off eBay used CD changers(I have six of them for spares) I use with my $250 DAC.
My SCD777E Sony player is a tiny bit better..
(The $3,500 TT with a $1,000 cart I use is also slightly better..but not by much.)

I have several $1K to $1.5K bought used items I enjoy.
And a bunch of $5K bought new toys.
So the DAC and CD changers are my best low cost buys.
