Delete "Cable Snake Oil Anecdote" Thread!

Sites need threads like the snake oil thread. It keeps us all busy typing away.
Car sites have Oil threads. Never too many oil discussions on car sites. Ten already?  just post another, Soon dozen of people will be posting about oil again.. and again.
Same thing with cables. It is a curse!
So I say let it be. It is a great way to waste time.

Why do people feel the need to buy expensive cable?
