I am not sure which I-Sonic cleaner you are looking at in your statement above but I-Sonic does make a cleaner for vinyl records. Here is the link to Amazon.

http://www.isonicinc.com/motorized-ultrasonic-vinyl-record-cleanerThe Kirmuss unit is an I-Sonic cleaner. It is actually a cheaper version of the I-Sonic listed above. The Kirmuss unit is only capable of 5 minute cleaning cycle where the I-Sonic can range from 5 to 30 minute cleaning cycles. The Kirmuss unit has the same Ultrasonic frequency of 35 khz. You are able to clean 5 lp’s at a time with the I-Sonic vs 2 with the Kirmuss.
I own the I-Sonic listed above and have cleaned over 500 lp with the unit and have no complaints about it’s performance. I have gotten excellent cleaning results using this machine.
I’m happy to spend extra to get a device that takes the risk and manual labor out of the equation. Time is the most valuable asset each of us has. If I can spend a little extra money to have more time to do the things that make me happy, then it’s worth the cost.
Good news, the I-Sonic is safe to use and not completely manual, it can clean over 2x more lp’s then the Kirmuss at a time and best of all it is about $175 cheaper. So you will have more time and money to buy more records !
