Sending money to Nigeria (or the Netherlands, for that matter) just makes NO sense! I empathize with your situation ($15K, yikes), but sending that kind of money is crazy. Further to @prpixel s observations, using Google image search on the thumbnails of equipment will return examples of the same photo, or one very slightly cropped or cleaned up, on the sites of other resellers.
