@alvin1118 Alvin, Terrific response and support! Just for clarification: owners will still need to contact you (Vinshine Audio) to generate the 'RMA' or equivalent, along with the resulting shipping labels, etc., correct? I ask because many of us know Mike Powell and I imagine some may think to reach out to him directly. Thank you. |
