Is Usher still around

Does anyone know what happened to Usher? I see their speakers advertised but nothing else from them.

Last I heard, he was trying to get the herpes lawsuit against him dismissed. I have not seen any updates on new releases, however.

I believe they may have relocated their facilities. At any rate, new shipments hit the US earlier this year.
