It's your favorite neighborhood Focal shill here. Focal announced a full Kanta line today. And as I predicted, the No.3 features twin 8" woofers. Good bye Electra line.

Yeah, I need to hear these one of these days. Been kinda waiting until the full line was out.

I’m so disappointed by the pricing. $2,000 more and you get the no3 instead of no2. No one will buy 2s. The 2s should be 9k.

Also the bookshelf speakers for $6k... good lord.

I couldn't find pricing on them. It looks like Electra prices are dropping though.

I've always felt the no. 2 should have 8"-ers.  The cabinet would only have to have been fractionally wider to accommodate them. Now I know why they didn't.  Pity.  Turns the no.2 into a designer speaker, or possibly for small spaces.

Maybe that is why I saw an Electra on sale at Music direct.  It was half price at 3999.00

They are 7999 on Amazon prime per pair. So guess if found the right dealer figure 20% off that.
