Demise of "Audio" magazine

Anyone know what really happened here?? I am going to miss the October issue of Audio...

I was surprised to hear it was going the way of Fi. The format was greatly improved a few years back. Stereo Review is too bland to be considered a replacement. I subscribed to Audio since Jr. High! It's rather unfortunate.
