Yes, exactly. That has nothing to do with "poor performance". Reliability and performance are not really related.
I equate performance with reliability. For example, if my car breaks down, I consider its performance to be lacking. It is not performing reliably.
Maybe we disagree on the definition of performance. In which case, I will revise my statement.
Trelja, to my recollection, has commented in these threads about the reliability of Consonance gear, and about his experience with the companies' insufficient support of repairs in the USA. He has also commented about poor quality control. These were significant factors in his decision to drop the line.
