I'll be interested to know your experience with the iPad. I suggest buying the version with the better battery life.

I am using iPad with iTeleport from Jaadu. It works extremely well for Win7 remote desktop. I love it!

I'll likely buy an iPad 2 when it's released and try it for a month. Items can be returned to Apple within 30 days.

The iPad is a less expensive alternative to a MacBook Air, so I'm hopeful that it works extremely well.

Tvad, do you have several programs running in the background of the Ipad or do you terminate them with the doubleclick, this increases battery time?

I don't use an iPad.

Its the same on the touch press twice and all apps running in the background appears, now you can kill them and battery time is extended.
Fwiw batt time on IPad is way better than on a MBP.
