Anyone heard this cd player? How does it sound compared to it's more expensive older and newer siblings?

Nice air and weight around instruments, 3D presentation, transparent and palpable but with no tube bloat. Nice musicality and tight bass. Doesnt flow like vinyl would be my only complaint...but what CD player does.
