The AQ mat will deteriorate after awhile.
Mine can no longer be used because it leaves PERMANENT marks on the surface of the vinyl.
I tried emailing AQ about a replacement, or a discount on a new one, and got no answer.
So watch out for the AQ mat.
While it is 'fresh' it did a good job.

Dear Audioblazer: If you can find it the acrylic SOTA mat is a great option and in my opinion better that the ones named here.
