LP is just a "nostalgia" medium.
Things were never better than in the 'old days'.
I OWN 10,000 LPs, have two turntables etc..
But for folks thinking about getting into LP either again, or for the first time.. you are nuts! (IMO of course)
ONLY if you inherit a LP collection, or have an easy cheap source to collect vinyl.. thne go ahead. Otherwise, you will just be buying stuff you will soon sell to the old farts who still cherish LP.
Playing LPs is a passion. They take way more care, time and effort to play.. and unless you are dedicated, you will soon get bored and wonder what the hell the fuss was about.
