Ortofon MC20 Super?

Could anyone tell me what current models can be compared to this model and how much should I spend to get something of the same quality? Thanks.

I had a very good time with my MC20 super before I gave it a nasty knock! There is a used one selling at around $300 but I am not sure if I should buy it for that money or find something new? By the way, my rig : Thorens 126 mark3 with SME 3009R. MF- X-LP.
