they have been at the company since dec,and after i was told they were going to be shipped friday ,they call me and say they dont have the product to repair them.
That's poor customer service and communication, as is the service you recieved from your dealer who waited two weeks to send the cable to the manufacturer.
I think it'd benefit Audiogon members to know the company's name, so others could make an informed decision about future cable purchases.
