Aftermarket power cable for power conditioner?

I already have aftermarket power cables for my preamp and power amp. Should I also add an aftermarket cable to my PS Audio Quintet power conditioner, or is there no point?

Considering what you're asking a P/C to do as far current distribution, perhaps the well-received Pangea-9 is a reasonably-priced place to start.
Yeah, use a cord on the conditioner.
WARNING: RANT COMING:
Funny how "tone control" has become such a perjorative term. If the system needs some little adjust to achieve a correct response.. Well, what system doesn't?
The perjorative notion comes from the elitist snobbery that pervades audio. The manufacturer 'knows' or the 'audio cunsultant' knows.. but never the owner knows.. Bull$hit.
So we wind up choosing stuff that has flaws that are the least disturbing, and heaven forbid we try to correct them!!
Or even wish to taylor the sound to our listening level preference (Of course, being purists, we must only listen at the 'correct' original level)
I wish I HAD some damn tone controls....
Rant over..
Yeah I use a Pangea 9 EVERYWERE.. in fact I bought 10 of them. 2 four meter, 2 three meter, and six two meter ones.. I got MY thousand dollar power cords all for just one large. Never know when I'm gonna need another garden-hose size powercord.
PS the Pangea firms up the bass line pretty good, besides clarifying the whole spectrum.
Rant away Elizabeth! Pangea cords are on my "to buy" list. Thanks for the encouragement.
'....or is there no point'....aftermarket pcs do..in many intances..improve what you hear....like any other point in the chain, you have to experiment with a few to find one that you like best.but do they help...YES.!!!
at a buddy's system, we replaced a $1k cord into the Acoustic Revive RTP w/ a Stage 3 power cord (think $2k or $3k). improvement was clearly obvious, and affected every component downstream. YMMV
