Great Cables ... That Get Little Attention

We clearly explained that Tailored Technology cannot sell out of California and that you would need to deal directly with Worldwide Wholesales. We can either accept Paypal at 4% surcharge or E-money transfer with no surcharge. Both payments are attached to the email address and for a password on the E-money we could use "sandra".

Sandra we did contact you in regards to your purchase 7 times and every one of your emails were responded to within 20 minutes in a very professional manner.

We have only been setting up a dealer network for HiDiamond cable in NA for 2 months and there is no store in your area as of yet. Tailored Technology is only allowed to sell HiDiamond cables in California and therefore if you would like to buy the HiDiamond USB as per our email on Friday April 20th we could sell the cable directly you. We will also let you know when we open a store in your area.

I have received excellent service from Robert Neill at Worldwide Wholesales. He is one of the very best people I have ever dealt with in the audio business. Not a hint of a bad vibe anywhere, anytime. I think there is more than meets the eye with these stories. They sound very suspicious to me.

Worldwide Wholesales accepts PayPal. Your story does not ring true to me after my experience with this HiDiamond dealer.

I just got an email from Bob Neill at WW and he said he had emailed me a number of times telling me that they don't sell cables outside of California through Tailored Tech. It's odd that I got the other emails they sent and don't seem to have a problem with my other emails, but I will give them the benefit of the doubt and believe them that they sent they did send me the emails and I never got them. As far as the email above that they said they sent, I did not get that one. Sabai, I think you should know a little more about the situation before you tell me basically that I'm lying. What I find odd about this situation is that Tailored Tech. said they would be glad to sell me the cables, and after a few emails about how to do it and needing my address, etc., they emailed me and said they cannot sell them to me, to disregard all emails that were sent back and forth. I wrote him that I thought it was a strange way to do business and they need to take the product off their website if they can't sell me these. He wrote me back that he was considering all options and that's the last I heard from T.T. Then I proceeded to write to WW and told him what happened with T. T. and that I thought it was a strange way to do business. I never heard from WW again until after I posted on this site. I do not have a paypal account, that's why I wanted to buy from the U.S., I assumed you could just use a credit card. Anyway, I'm sure WW is a legitimate business and they are above board. I just think Tailored Tech. should have known they couldn't sell out of California or at least posted it on their website.
