CD/DVD Transports to Surround Processor

That's a big 10-4 good buddy. Some high end transports don't even have dac's. As is the case with my Theta DaViD. I do the D/A conversion in my Theta Casa-Nova. I trust you will get great synergy when using compatable components such as the two you have listed. Next problem blending the sound into your speakers with proper cross-overs to your sub-woofer. Don't be afraid to drop the cash for great cabling especially if you want a big dynamic sound stage. And I know you do.

Thanks again. It is interesting, now that I re-read, for the umpteenth time, various product descriptions, that what I was looking for was there: through a glass, darkly, and in tech-speak of course.
I'll probably settle on the Theta array of products: the Dreadnaught, Casablanca II and the DaViD: or some combination thereof. The Meridian was the next order of priciness.
