interconnect for CAL delta/alpha pair

I recently purchased a CAL Alpha and delta and was wondering which input to use the AT&T,Optical,coaxial 75 ohm or balanced 110 ohm Also what brand is recomended in the under $100 range.

The DH Labs D-110 AES/EBU cable is a tremendous value - there seem to be quite a few DH Labs dealers on Audiogon offering great deals. I have the D-75 (75 ohm) cable and I couldn't be more pleased.

Thanks for the help, due to budget, I'm going with the DH Labs D-110.

Last year I found a super deal($235.) on a used current model MIT balanced reference cable .It lists for $700. and It sounds superb !
