Power Cords for Hydra Conditioners?

I'm interested to know what cords are being used by Hydra conditioner owners to feed their Hydras?

I own a Hydra 2 that has been fed by an ErnieM 11 gauge cord and is now fed with a Revelation Audio Labs Precept cord (on an audition basis).

Please mention which Hydra you own and which cords you've tried.

On a more basic level, I'm wondering how important the cord is that feeds the conditioner, considering the conditioner cleans up the AC anyway? It would seem logical that the only requirements be unrestricted power transfer and perhaps shielding.

Thoughts?

Hey Grant, I have a Hydra 8 and am employing a Shunyata Python Alpha...have tried an Anaconda Alpha but the improvement wasn't enough to spend the extra $ (particularly when I got such a great deal on the Python). But I will be acquiring an Elrod Statement for my amp and I may audition a Statement on the H8 as well... As always, enjoy the adventure.
I have an original Hydra with an Anaconda Vx power cord. Because of the NEMA twist lock, it's not easy to experiment with this cord much. I currently have a Copperhead on my Hydra 2, but I'm expecting an Anaconda Alpha in a couple of weeks.

Cheers,
John
I have the Hydra 8 with a Taipan Alpha cord. The Taipan Alpha gives me the speed to complement my tube preamp, tube electronic xover and tube amp.

I have used the Revelation Audio Labs Precept to power my Oracle Turbo PS. I dont think you can better the performance of the Precept easily, It is a great PC. I think it outperforms the Anaconda at less than half the price.
Thanks everyone. 100% Shunyata cord users. I have to admit I was expecting someone to be using a cord other than Shunyata. There are quite a few Hydra owners who haven't answered the question, so perhaps one of them will offer an alternative POV.
I am using an ElectraGlide Ultra Khan Revelation Statement cord, from a dedicated outlet to the Hydra 8.
