Ok, sorry if that sounded harsh, you know I love you guys. It's just that it does just sound like "Oh those crazy kids and their rock music..." I mean...exactly like that. Hasn't that been said by every older generation about the youths music regardless of era or genre? Me thinks yes. Now, I don't particularly enjoy most of the top 20 stuff these days but I really never have. I also don't really enjoy a lot of the music discussed here, not all of course but much. It irks me a little to criticize others artistic interests so I try and shy away from it.

I guess the local symphony orchestra is now playing Rap/Gangsta' music?
Are the Opera Divas singing Thug stuff too?
Funny I do not hear any problems.
None of my Jazz or Classical Lps have recreated themselves into Rap either..
The local Jazz clubs still play Jazz..
If all that is being moaned about is the idiots in cars..
Sort of still wondering what exactly the op IS complaining about. Just a hot rant over his neighbors choices?
And agree with the comment about nursing home and meds..
Maybe it all is just about being too old? And the fact old white farts are now a minority, instead if the majority
