cdp comparision shopping

Since my current cdp is on its way out I'm looking for a new cdp . I'm stuck around the $1100 range so used seems the way to go.I am considering the following to fit with my aragon amp& pre amp.I mainly play cdr sbd's of jazz concerts as well as some classic rock shows.
1. cary 303/100
2. shanling t-100
3. theta miles balanced
4. wadia 23 [ think thats the model]
Anyone have experience with any of these models. I would like your opinion. Many thanks in advance all opinions greatly appreciated, Larry

I would consider instead one of the following:
CYRUS CD 7
YBA
CREEK CD 53
VECTEUR L-4.2
NAIM CD 5
THULE CD 150 B & Digit 2
JOLIDA JD 100 A
PRIMARE D-30.2
NORTH STAR DESIGN Model 192

Good luck
You have left out a great value... the Quad 99cdp TAS has included it in its recomended components and my own experience bears out thier opinion.Great sound at a resonable price. Good looking too.
I have a Theta Miles and like it a lot. When I bought it I compared to Linn, Cary, and ARC CD3. The ARC sounded best to me but was 2K more. The Theta, in my system, clearly beat out the others........... So I went with the Theta. BTW you are on the right track with the balanced version with this player.
