ASR Emitter owners,What speakers are you using?

I recently purchased an ASR Emitter Exclusive One.

What I am looking for is a full range speaker system up to $20,000.

They must excel with vocals and acoustic instruments.

Thank you for your time.

Kckennedy,
Lot of contenders to go with the Emitter, thats for sure.

For twenty plus years I have always used two sets of speakers depending on my mood of music for that day.
Magnepan and Quad and just recently Quad and Dynaudio.

What I will be looking for this summer is a full range speaker with attributes of the Quad electrostats and Magnepan speakers.
Truth of timbre, coherence, transient speed, shocking transparency ect.

However first step is to take delivery of my Raven table and get it dialed in , then the hunt will begin. My table should arrive this week....
Thank you for your response
Hi Stiltskim, I am not sure what you mean by 'Emitter one'
but I own Emitter II Exclusive and bought, after many comparisions, the Usher BE-20. The Usher is much more expensive in Europa (BE-20: 17.000 Euro)and there is also
Usher BE-10 for, say, the smaller living space. I am 'in'
ASR for 12 years ,own also Basis Exclusive, but they all have enough power to drive any loudspeaker except those with an impendance below 3 Ohm. I am very satisfied with the 'combo' and think that both Ushers are a bargain. In the USA that is.

Regards,
I have heard ASR driving several different Tannoy speakers in the Prestige line. It matches beatifully, very synergistic. Had it not been for I'm in love with driving my Tannoy's with tubes, I think I would go for ASR. I have even heard rumours of Schäfer himself using Tannoy in his work with ASR. I do not remember it all, but it may be that he uses Kensington. You should heck Tannoy's out!
I have the Emitter Exclusive II w/gold boards and the Usher BE-20's(with GR Research replacement crossovers) - what a wonderful match IMO ;)
